China, Indonesia firms ink US$20 bln investment pacts, CNS says

Companies from China and Indonesia signed investment agreements worth more than US$20 billion during a business lunch meeting presided over by Chinese President Xi Jinping {習近平} and his Indonesian counterpart Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono on Thursday, China News Service reported. The investments cover areas such as coal, nickel iron and transportation, among others, the report said. According to Xinhua news agency, the two countries are targeting US$80 billion bilateral trade by 2015.
