Pachinko operator Dynam said to invest US$15 mln in IGG IPO

Japanese pachinko operator Dynam Japan Holdings Co. Ltd. (06889.HK) plans to invest US$15 million in IGG Inc.’s initial public offering, becoming a cornerstone investor of the Fuzhou online games developer, a source familiar with the situation told EJ Insight. IGG will cooperate with Dynam in the design of pachinko machines for the Japanese company, said the source who declined to be identified as the information is not yet public. With operations also in Singapore, the United States and the Philippines, IGG is reportedly seeking to raise as much as HK$950 million (US$155 million) in Hong Kong’s Growth Enterprise Market.
