Phoenix Healthcare mulls US$200 mln HK IPO, paper says

Mainland hospital investment firm Phoenix Healthcare Group is planning an initial public offering on the Hong Kong stock exchange this year to raise at least US$200 million, Apple Daily reported Monday, citing people with knowledge of the matter. The company has filed a listing application and is expected to have its listing hearing as early as November. It would be the first mainland hospital stock, the report said. Goldman Sachs is a sponsor of the IPO.
