Guizhou province and Tianjin led the nation in economic growth in the third quarter, with their gross domestic product expanding 12.6 percent during the period, China Business News reported Thursday, citing government data. All provinces except Gansu have released their GDP data for the quarter. Many western and central provinces saw their GDP climb more than 10 percent year on year but eastern coastal regions posted slower growth, the report said. Beijing and Shanghai grew 7.7 percent, Zhejiang 8.3 percent and Guangdong 8.5 percent, it said.
