Think tank urges nationwide property tax in 2015, paper says

A research team under the China Center for International Economic Exchanges (CCIEE), a government-backed think tank, urged the central government to implement the property tax nationwide in 2015, the China Securities Journal reported Monday, citing a CCIEE research report.
