Germany has the safest environment for Chinese investors, Sina.com reported Monday, citing a survey by the Institute of World Economic and Politics under the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. The European country received the only AAA rating among 26 countries polled by the institute, the report said. Japan had the lowest rating among nine developed countries due to its strict controls on overseas investments and ongoing political tensions with China. Australia, Canada, France and four other countries were rated with low investment risks, the report said.
