New team set up to promote reform plan, Xinhua says

The Chinese Communist Party’s central committee on Tuesday established a 28-member team to promote the key reform plan that it adopted at its plenum last week, Xinhua news agency reported. The team is made up of senior party and government officials, including ministers, vice ministers and provincial party chiefs, as well as legislators, political advisors and researchers from national think tanks, it said. The officials will tour the country to explain the decision on major issues related to the deepening of reforms.
