More exporters exempt from exit inspection, watchdog says

Chinese authorities have exempted another 391 exporters from the exit inspection and quarantine at the nation’s ports, according to a statement from the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine late Wednesday. The firms were granted exemption as they have high credibility and effective quality control systems, Xinhua news agency said, noting that the products still have to pass authorities’ inspection and quarantine at the places of production.
