British PM to visit China next month, paper says

British Prime Minister David Cameron will head up a delegation of government and business leaders as part of an official visit to China early next month, China Daily reported Monday, citing the Foreign Ministry. The Dec. 2-4 trip will be Cameron’s second to China since taking office in 2010, the report said. The Chinese ambassador to Britain, Liu Xiaoming, said Britain is promoting reforms in finance, education, medical care and social welfare.
