CSRC opens doors to SGX listings, paper says

The China Securities Regulatory Commission and Singapore Exchange Ltd. (SGX) have come up with a new approval process to encourage Chinese firms to list in the city-state, the Securities Times reported Monday. China-registered firms will only need to get approval from the commission before seeking a SGX listing, the report said without specifying previous requirements. The applications will be strictly reviewed by regulators of both countries, giving stronger guarantees for the securities market, the report said.
