Sunac China Holdings Ltd. (01918.HK) on Tuesday won three land plots in Chongqing for a combined 1.65 billion yuan (US$270.77 million), Caijing reported on its website Tuesday. The three plots cover 386,000 square meters in total and will offer 803,120 square meters of constructible space, it said. The deal works out to 2,057 yuan per square meter of constructible floor area. A total of eight commercial and residential sites, involving a combined 978,800 square meters, were rolled out for auction on Tuesday in Chongqing, the report said.
