Wanda US cinema chain to raise US$368 mln in IPO, paper says

AMC Entertainment Holdings, a United States cinema chain owned by Dalian Wanda Group Corp., plans to raise up to US$368 million from an initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange, Beijing News reported Wednesday, citing unnamed company sources. The company will offer 18.4 million class A shares at US$18 to US$20 each. Proceeds will be used primarily to repay debt, the report said, citing a stock exchange filing.
