CSCEC Jan-Nov new contracts up 28.1% in value, filing says

China State Construction Engineering Co. Ltd. (CSCEC, 601668.CN) saw its new construction contracts reach 1.08 trillion yuan (US$177.87 billion) in the first eleven months of this year, up 28.1 percent over the same period last year, according to a regulatory filing late Wednesday. Property sales amounted to 130.7 billion yuan, up 29.2 percent year on year, it said. Sales by area were up 28.6 percent at 11.21 million square meters. As of the end of November, the company had a land reserve of 71.30 million square meters, according to the filing.
