Chongqing Brewery sees some top executives resign, Xinhua says

Chongqing Brewery Co. Ltd. (600132.CN) said Monday that chairman of its supervisory committee, Xie Yingming, and three directors — Liu Minglang, Zhou Ning, Hu Wenjun — have resigned due to work reasons, Xinhua news agency reported the same day. Earlier this month, Carlsberg offered 2.9 billion yuan (US$477.7 million) to buy an additional 30.29 percent stake in Chongqing Brewery. Following the completion of the share purchase on December 11, Carlsberg now owns 60 percent stake in the Chinese brewer, the report said.
