Diaper maker adds capacity on rule change, Bloomberg says

Diaper maker Hengan International Group Co. will increase its production capacity by 20 percent and introduce premium goods this year as the government eases a more than three-decade-old one-child rule, Bloomberg reported, citing chief executive officer Hui Lin Chit. Hui said diapers are only in the take-up phase in China, and growth will be fast with easing in population controls. The company will start selling Q-Mo, a more expensive range of the products, in the second half of this year, Hui was quoted as saying.
