Sunshine100 Real Estate Group aims to raise up to US$300 million in a Hong Kong initial public offering at the end of March or early April, property information provider Guandian.cn reported Tuesday, citing media reports. The company has started a road show for the listing, and approached several investing banks and fund firms for share sales, it said. Citibank and Haitong International Securities have been appointed to arrange the property developer’s listing, it said. Sunshine 100, which started out in the property business in 1994, has projects in 16 mainland lower-tier cities.
