NDRC tests China Telecom, Unicom anti-monopoly vows, paper says

The National Development and Reform Commission is investigating whether China Telecom Corp. Ltd. (00728.HK) and China United Network Communications Group Co. Ltd. (00762.HK, 600050.CN) have followed through on pledges made in the fallout of an anti-monopoly probe in 2011, the Securities Times reported Wednesday.
