China ratifies two new national days, Xinhua says

China’s top legislature has approved two new national days, one on Sept. 3 to mark victory in the anti-Japanese war and the other on Dec. 13 to commemorate Nanjing Massacre victims and all those killed during Japanese aggression against China, Xinhua reported Thursday. National memorial activities will be held on both days, the report said.
