GEM listing rule changes out this year, paper says

China is expected to complete changes to listing rules for the Growth Enterprise Market by the end of the year, giving more access to technology start-ups, Shanghai Securities News reported Tuesday, citing Song Liping, general manager of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
