China’s first licensed class of web info analysts will soon graduate to the office after a week of training and tests, the United Daily News reported Wednesday. The analysts, who manage massive online discussions, are sitting certification courses organized by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the report said. There are about two million such analysts in China and each will need to qualify to practice. Courses come in five levels and cost about 6,800 yuan (US$ 1,108), the report said.
