Shenzhen’s Qianhai New Area is expected to begin sale of its first A-class office space by the year-end while another three offices of the kind will be offered in the market in the second half next year, Shenzhen Economic Daily reported Wednesday, citing comments made at a Colliers International news conference. Supply of A-class office space in Qianhai is seen reaching 2.76 million square meters over the next three years, mainly in the Nanshan district, according to the commercial real estate company. The average price of such space is seen at 65,000 yuan (US$10,587) per square meter, with the highest price expected to be about 100,000 yuan per square meter. Meanwhile, the monthly rental cost may keep climbing from the current average of 200 yuan per square meter, the report said.
