IMF chief urges China to focus on reforms, report says

International Monetary Fund managing director Christine Lagarde on Sunday urged China to put economic reforms ahead of short-term stimulus policies, saying that investment in education and medical care will establish a more solid foundation for development, Tencent Finance news website reported Monday.
