Pact opponents take protest to Presidential Office, paper says

Taiwan student protest leader Lin Fei-fan said demonstrators against the cross-strait services pact will occupy Ketagalan Boulevard right in front of the Presidential Office Building Sunday between 1pm and 7pm, United Daily News reported Friday. Li said Thursday that the action would be a declaration of war against the government and a show of will for the pact to be revokes. The opposition Democratic Progressive Party, which had been granted the right to use the boulevard on the day, agreed to cede the right to the students.
