Beijing is encouraging qualified private investors to establish more community clinics in the city, news website caixin.com reported Tuesday. The city government wants them to pick up the slack caused by inadequate healthcare services from public hospitals and private institutions. Such investors must be medical doctors with at least five consecutive of years of practice, the report said.
