China Mobile Ltd.(00941.HK) on Wednesday entered into mobile services reselling agreements with 17 companies, making a move as the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) is expected to approve the third batch of virtual operator licenses this month, the China Securities Journal reported Friday. So far, the MIIT has issued 19 such licenses. A research report by GF Securities Co. Ltd. (000776.CN) suggested that the mobile service reselling market for the coming three years is worth around 20 billion yuan (U$3.22 billion), it said. However, competition between the operators will be highly intense.
