Buying an iPhone 6 Plus will leave a big space in the pocket of your pants, but it may not be big enough to hold Apple’s latest and largest smartphone.
No worries. A China Unicom outlet in Shanghai’s Lujiazui district has seen to it that customers who buy the phone can still put it in their pockets.
The store hired a tailor to resize the pockets of customers’ jeans so they could hold the device which measures 15.8 cm in length and 7.78 cm in width.
Apple fans patiently lined up outside the store hours before the launch of iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus in mainland China on Friday.
Despite the long queues, customers were happy with the store’s “super customer service” and show of care.
Photos of the free tailoring service were uploaded on social media, generating a lot of positive comments.
