Wrong place and target get young foreign vandals arrested

Two young vandals with foreign-sounding names picked the wrong target to mess with — and the wrong place.

The two men, identified only as Colk, 23, and Adamson, 22, were arrested for criminal damage after spray-painting a police van.

The incident took place in Sai Yeung Choi Street South and Nelson’s Street in Mong Kok.

The area teems with surveillance cameras after a wave of acid attacks on unsuspecting pedestrians in 2008.

The vehicle might have been part of a permanent rotation in the vicinity, according to Ming Pao Daily.

Video footage shows the two men hovering around the car before spraying it with “RB!”.

Netizens said the graffiti, which is about 20 centimeters wide by 30 centimeters tall, could be short for rubbish.

The Mong Kok regional crime unit is investigating.
