Another mouth-watering treat is in store for local food and wine lovers as the annual Wine & Dine Festival takes place on Oct. 22 to 25 in Central.
Considered one of the biggest events of the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB), this year’s festival will feature an expanded list of exhibitors, including Michelin-starred chefs from France and famous local restaurants such as Ah Yat Abalone, Ming Pao Daily reported on Thursday.
Wine lovers will also be pleased to see whisky and craft beer being added to this year’s wine offerings.
Admission will cost HK$30 per person, while wine passes with different entitlements are available from HK$200 to $1,000.
The previous edition of the event was held at the Kai Tak Cruise Terminal because of last year’s Occupy protests.
But the festival will go back to its original site at the Central promenade this year, easing worries of a repeat of the chaotic scenes last year due to the lack of public transport.
