Chinese bride survives horrific wedding toss

A Chinese bride is lucky to be alive after a wedding romp went horribly wrong.

The unnamed woman from Tengzhou in eastern Shandong province suffered concussions when she fell to the ground after being tossed into the air by groomsmen.

Metro Daily is reporting that the men grabbed the woman as she emerged from a limousine for her Oct. 18 wedding.

They threw her high into the air but failed to catch her. The woman hit her head on the ground and later became unconscious.

Police called to the scene rushed her to hospital where she was diagnosed with concussions.

She was discharged several days later, having missed her big day but thankful for a new lease on life.
