The short video clip, which has been widely shared on social media since Sunday morning, shows a middle-aged man throwing a brown dog on the ground and kicking it at a ParknShop store at Po Tin Shopping Centre in Po Tin Estate, Tuen Mun, Apple Daily reports.
A witness said the man, wearing a white T-shirt, yelled at a ParknShop employee, asking him why a dog was allowed to enter the store, at around 10:00 a.m. on Sunday.
