「Highland Park Vintage 1990」限量1,221瓶,每瓶皆有獨立的手工編號。
蘇格蘭威士忌釀酒廠「Highland Park」繼去年為紀念酒廠成立225周年而推出的「Highland Park 54年單一麥芽威士忌」後,近來又有「Highland Park Vintage 1990」珍藏版威士忌的面世,而為了慶祝新作誕生,品牌特地與「壹玖捌叁」的總廚Silas Li合作,於6月16日至30日期間推出限量的限定八道菜聯乘菜單。
珍藏版威士忌由大師級威士忌釀造師Gordon Motion匠心釀製,他從34個於1990年入桶的酒液中嚴選了當中的五桶作為此系列,當中包括三桶歐洲橡木雪莉桶、一桶初次美國橡木雪莉桶及一桶Refill桶,每個木桶均為這款威士忌貢獻出複雜且獨一無二的風味。珍藏版威士忌限量發售1,221瓶,每瓶皆有獨立的手工編號。至於限定八道菜聯乘菜單則以中西匯粹的概念為靈感,每道菜式均經過Silas的精心設計,並以12年至30年不等的「Highland Park」威士忌入饌,帶來「蒸帶子慕絲釀花膠配日本海膽、威士忌麻辣汁及蓮子蓉」、「火焰威士忌姬松茸肉碎焗響螺」等菜式。由於威士忌本身強烈的個性和極具辨識度的味道,每道菜式均需要異常精準的掌握,才能襯托出食材的自然風味之餘,同時突出不同威士忌獨特的細微差異,構建出和諧的味覺享受,盡顯心思。
