時尚界有Fast fashion,酒界有亞洲首創的Cocktails On Tap(汲飲式雞尾酒),全都以快速為賣點。Cocktails On Tap是去掉調酒師在酒吧的現場角色,改以汲飲系統(Draft System)提供已調製好的各類酒精及非酒精性的雞尾酒式飲料,當客人點單後,就立刻能從一整排拉吧中斟出飲料,這就是剛於怡和大廈開設分店的Draft Land酒吧。
Draft Land在2019年由台灣進駐香港,由知名調酒師Angus Zou和獲獎無數的調酒大師Antonio Lai創立,隨即為香港酒吧界帶來了獨特品酒概念。店面設計與精釀啤酒吧相近,在拉吧上方是酒單,列出酒名、調配材料、酒精濃度和價格。新店的特別酒單包括各種葡萄酒、生啤酒,以及其招牌汲飲式雞尾酒,當中包括結合伏特加、烏龍茶和青檸的招牌 Oolong Tea Collins;為分店特別推出的Ruby Haze雞尾酒,正是以香港經典的檸檬氣泡水為靈感,酸甜果味夠醒神,另亦有非酒精的京都抹茶、由氈酒、巨峰提子酒等調製的Amethyst雞尾酒等。
