匠心獨運~「調酒大師精選5號」
Master Blender「調酒大師精選干邑」自推出後一直是酒迷追棒的，干邑品牌軒尼詩近日乘勢推出全新調酒大師精選限量版干邑「調酒大師精選 5 號」。當然，要買，儲成一套。

首支調酒大師精選干邑於 2016 年面世，此後僅生產出四款創新及極具個性的小批量調和干邑。繼 2021 年 4 號版本登場後，調酒大師精選系列干邑相隔三年載譽歸來，並由軒尼詩調配總藝師Renaud Fillioux de Gironde主理，「調酒大師精選 5 號」干邑是工藝、傳統和創新的結晶。
調酒大師精選系列被譽為品牌最珍貴的秘密，有別與其他軒尼詩干邑，此系列的混合調配僅此一造，永不復刻。調配總藝師Renaud僅從專門為軒尼詩服務的18所釀酒家族中挑選「生命之水」，當中每位釀酒師均以卓越的手藝巧妙調和及提煉葡萄酒自身風味；全新限量版向這18位卓越干邑匠人致敬，歌頌他們對釀酒的熱情及精湛技術。Renaud 將其精髓濃縮並融合一起，最終成就完美互補、和諧平衡的「調酒大師精選 5 號」調和干邑。隨後於法國橡木桶中熟成至少七年，發揮「生命之水」的潛力，誘發複雜及多層次香氣，深琥珀酒色折射出閃耀銅金色澤，象徵著其頂尖品質。
「調酒大師精選 5 號」味道豐富多變，先是撲鼻而來的香料及蜜餞橙味，細緻芳香。入口是濃醇可可、如奶油般細膩順滑的甜味，整體香辛味道較輕柔。最後以淡淡草本、蜜餞香橙收結。調酒大師精選系列是軒尼詩唯一一款 43%酒精濃度的瓶裝干邑，適合獨自或加冰塊飲用，與家人、朋友共享。 軒尼詩調配總藝師Renaud Fillioux de Gironde表示：「作為軒尼詩第八代調配總藝師實屬巨大榮譽，非常榮幸能夠延續Yann Fillioux（Fillioux 家族第七代調配總藝師）傳授給我的匠人工藝。在創作『調酒大師精選 5 號』的過程中採用了嶄新的調配方式，打造出這款獨一無二的限量出產調和干邑，是對干邑界專業合作精神及傳統手藝的最高致敬。」
