New round of jab bookings
In the latest round of jab arrangement, citizens in the priority groups can make online bookings to receive the COVID-19 vaccine from March 3, the Government said Monday.
They can arrange to receive the jab during the March 10 to 30 period at seven community vaccination centres.
People can also get vaccinated through private clinics participating in the Vaccination Programme, as the Department of Health has started distributing the first batch of the Sinovac vaccine to them since Monday. Identity document and proof of belonging to a priority group will be needed for their vaccination appointment.
More than 27,000 people have been vaccinated against COVID-19 since February 22, the Government said.
The Centre for Health Protection said Monday there were 14 new COVID-19 cases, of which 11 are locally transmitted.
