日本清酒界干邑~十四代蘭引酒矚目登場
愛品嚐日本清酒的朋友,對於薰爽醇熟可說各有所好,但一提到「十四代」,無不豎起姆指。近日,置地廣塲與捷成酒業攜手合作,將於兩項獨家活動中呈獻備受期待、首度在香港登場的「十四代蘭引酒」RANBIKI-SHU。清酒迷真的不容錯過!

「十四代」為日本最受追捧的清酒品牌,出自充滿傳奇色彩的高木酒造(Takagi Brewery)。早前,在獲授「酒武士」(Sake Samurai)名銜的陳銘基先生(Micky Chan)引領下,選址於米芝蓮二星及綠星評譽的法式精緻餐廳Amber舉行的酒饌晚宴和清酒大師班將讓賓客尊享精緻的品酒體驗,細意品嚐歷史悠久的清酒品牌「十四代」旗下多款經典作品。與此同時,是次活動也標誌著全球限量1,000瓶的名貴佳釀「十四代蘭引酒」RANBIKI-SHU在港正式上市。
珍罕名釀「十四代蘭引酒」RANBIKI-SHU被譽為「日本清酒界干邑」,為高木酒造十四代傳人高木辰五郎的心血結晶。高木辰五郎融合他對干邑和龍舌蘭酒的熱愛與家族豐富的清酒釀造傳統,選用兵庫縣吉川町產「特A」山田錦米釀酒,並以法國夏朗德省生產的銅製蒸餾器(又稱 「蘭引」)在明火上加熱反覆進行蒸餾。經過濾後的「酒心」會被精心提取並貯藏,作長期熟成,其後再放進白橡木雪莉桶中進一步陳釀超過十年,最終成就出這款極致清酒。
清酒大師班:窺探「十四代」的獲獎秘訣於Amber舉行的大師班上,賓客將在「酒武士」陳銘基先生帶領下深入探索「十四代」一系列精選清酒的濃郁芳香,以及備受推崇、於白橡木雪莉桶中熟成的「十四代蘭引酒」RANBIKI-SHU。賓客將可品鑒令該品牌屢獲殊榮、深受全球清酒愛好者青睞的獨特風味。此外,廚藝總監Richard Ekkebus將製作多款注入法式元素的精緻小食,與清酒相得益彰。特色小食包括:鵝肝伴紅菜頭「棒棒糖」、ĀN Soy豆奶布丁伴甜椒及水果番茄、三文魚子伴蘆筍,以及日本惠比壽生蠔伴馬鈴薯。
