榮膺「全球 101 間最佳牛扒餐廳」第 70 位的 Fireside邀請到 Born and Bred 店主 Jung Sang-won 及行政總廚 Kyunghwan Min，於 8 月 21 日(星期三) 舉行限定一晚的四手聯乘晚宴讓客人一次過體驗到 Born and Bred 與 Fireside 行政總廚 Jaime Ortolá 的絕技。Born and Bred 位於首爾麻浦肉類批發市場附近，座落於一幢四層高的建築物內，設有一個極為隱秘的地下酒吧。食客可以品嘗到由店主 Jung Sang-won 親自精選的時令韓牛，品嘗最高級別的韓國本地牛肉。他從小在家中營運的肉攤檔長大，對推廣優質韓牛有著深厚的熱忱和執著。Born and Bred 亦獲多位知名藝人如 Blackpink、David Beckham 和 Pharrell Williams 的長期支持。
