N by Hidetoshi Nakata首個年份清酒
日本清酒近年成為酒界主流。近日，置地廣塲與捷成酒業攜手帶來日本清酒品牌N by Hidetoshi Nakata首個年份清酒，今年夏天在香港獨家登場。

N by Hidetoshi Nakata由前日本足球名將中田英壽創立，他以創造世界上最優質清酒為願景，與山形縣著名的手工清酒釀造廠高木酒造合作，釀造其個人清酒品牌N by Hidetoshi Nakata。高木酒造於1615年創立，目前以備受追捧的「十四代」清酒系列聞名於世。
N by Hidetoshi Nakaka Vintage 2016是品牌首款年份酒，今次首度亮相香港，於8月24日香港置地文華東方酒店 SOMM 清酒大師班上登場。這款珍稀清酒全球僅生產1,000瓶，其中100瓶將保留作長期熟成。賓客除了可以品嚐這款珍貴佳釀之外，更可品嚐非年份招牌清酒，以及三款「十四代 Label」系列。
為慶祝推出 N by Hidetoshi Nakata Vintage 2016，置地廣場將於8月24日在香港置地文華東方酒店 SOMM舉行大師班，主打兩款N by Hidetoshi Nakata清酒，以及三款高木酒造「十四代」清酒（Gold Label、Black Label 及 Red Label）。跟N系列清酒一樣，「十四代」為清酒愛好者最愛追捧的銘柄之一，即使在日本國內同樣入手困難，令人夢寐以求 。
導賞品味及大師班由 SOMM 精心炮製佐酒美點，配對菜單包括長腳蟹配蛋白蛋黃醬和意大利青瓜卷、煙燻塔斯曼尼亞三文魚醬伴三文魚子和法國細葱撻，以及煙燻炙烤鰹魚等。
