Midsummer Night’s Dream comes with a purple veil of blackcurrant, with 41-percent Weiss milk chocolate mousse and black pepper-seasoned caramelized pineapple compote.
Signature Noir 65 is a double layer of chocolate coated with 65-percent chocolate glazing from Ghanaian cocoa beans and cocoa powder from West Africa. The top layer features an intensely smoky mousse while the bottom layer is an ultra-rich chocolate cake.
ChocoTart consists of 72-percent Weiss dark chocolate and intensely soft New Zealand cream cheese.
Matcha Opera has two layers of Matcha cakes as the base, with 72-percent Weiss dark chocolate in the middle.
Meanwhile, Lady M is celebrating its first-year anniversary in Hong Kong with a delightful menu of dishes available only at its Fashion Walk branch in Causeway Bay.
Warm Quinoa Salad is a garden-fresh plate of quinoa lightly sautéed in butter with grilled zucchini slices and sweet corn, garnished with kale chips and fresh pomegranate.
Roasted Portobello Steak impresses diners with beetroot chips, homemade caramelized French onion sauce and brioche on a grilled portobello mushroom baked with a topping of bread crumbs and herbs.
One should not miss the restaurant’s new Chocolate Mille Crêpes featuring no less than 20 fresh, ultra-thin crêpes infused with top-grade French chocolate, stacked and melded by layers of smooth chocolate pastry cream and finished with a generous layer of hand-grated chocolate shavings.
